Payment to be in six installments
On booking :	35% of total cost + sales Tax
On completion of foundation :	15% of the total cost + sales Tax
On completion of ground floor :	20% of the total cost+ Sales Tax
On completion of first floor slab :	20% of the total cost + Sales Tax
On completion on plastering :	9% of the total cost + Sales Tax
On handing over :	Balance of the total cost + Sales Tax + Other deposits and statutory Payments.
